RESOLUTION NO. 2005-266
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Plymouth Police Department enter into a grant
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for
the project entitled SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES during the period from October 1,
2005 through September 30, 2006,
The Chief of the Plymouth Police Department is hereby authorized to execute such
agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the
Plymouth Police Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of the Minnetonka Police Department is
hereby authorized to be the fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf of the
Plymouth Police Department.
Adopted by the City Council on July 12, 2005.
