RESOLUTION NO. 2005-265
RECEIVE ENGINEERING SERVICES PROPOSAL,
DESIGNATE ENGINEER, AND
ORDER PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
COUNTY ROAD 9/61 EROSION REPAIR PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 4135
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Proposal has been prepared by the City's
consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc., with respect to the
County Road 9/61 Erosion Repair Project; and
WHEREAS, said proposal is being received by the City Council on July 12, 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc. is designated as the
engineer, is ordered to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report for
the County Road 9/61 Erosion Repair Project, and the Mayor and
City Manager are authorized to sign the Engineering Services
Agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on July 12, 2005.
