HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2005-263CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2005-263 APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 LIFT STATION TELEMETRY SYSTEM UPGRADES CITY PROJECT NO. 3119 WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following: Compensation to the contractor for tax on materials from Change Order No. 1 and telemetry systems for two storm water lift stations. WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Lift Station Telemetry System Upgrades, City Project No. 3119, is recommended for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 2 to Instrument Control Systems, Inc. for Lift Station Telemetry System Upgrades, City Project No. 3119, by adding $20,524.89 is approved: Original Contract Amount $298,299.00 PREVIOUS CHANGE ORDERS - Add 4,822.00 THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - Add 20,524.89 REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $323,645.89 FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional funding in the amount of $21,000 be from the Utility Trunk Fund. Adopted by the City Council on July 12, 2005.
