RESOLUTION NO. 2005-246
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTORS
FOR ICE CENTER EXPANSION
WHEREAS, the City's constriction manager, RIM, has recommended final approval of
Gresser Concrete and Reshetar Systems for work on the Plymo0uth Ice Center expansion;
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed said request and also
approves,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Finance Director is authorized to make final payment to Gresser in the amount of
$5,821.92 and Resheter Systems in the amount of $3,887.50.
Adopted by the City Council on June 28, 2005.
