RESOLUTION NO. 2005-243
RECEIVE REPORT, ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
47TH AVENUE WEST OF UNDERWOOD LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 4141
WHEREAS, The City Council adopted a Resolution on the 9th day of November, which
received a petition and ordered the preparation of a Preliminary Engineering Report with
respect to street and utility improvements on 47th Avenue west of Underwood Lane; and
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report has been prepared by SRF Consulting
Group, Inc. and the proposed project includes the installation of a seven ton bituminous
street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and watermain on 47th
Avenue west of Underwood Lane; and
WHEREAS, the developers who petitioned for the improvements have reviewed the
Preliminary engineering Report and are authorizing the City to proceed with the
improvements; and
WHEREAS, SRF Consulting Group, Inc. has also prepared the final plans and
specifications for the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota that such improvement is hereby ordered along with
approving final plans and specifications and ordering advertisement for bid as proposed
in the Council resolution adopted June 28, 2005.
