RESOLUTION NO. 2005-226
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2005-225
VACATING A DRAINAGE/UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 1, ZINAL SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the 10 foot
drainage/utility easement within Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, Zinal Second Addition by
Resolution No. 2005-225.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
New drainage/utility easements over Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, Zinal
Second Addition are submitted to the City and acceptable for recording
at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on June 14, 2005.
