RESOLUTION NO. 2005-224
AUTHORIZING DOCK PERMITS ON
MEDICINE LAKE
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that two dock
permits be issued on park property to 1429 and 1441 West Medicine Lake Drive; and
WHEREAS, this is consistent with the City's practices that homes immediately behind
the street and across from the lake be allowed to have one dock,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to issue a dock permit to the properties
as outlined in memorandum dated June 8, 2005 and said permits shall be valid until the
City Council takes fiirther action on this matter.
