RESOLUTION NO. 2005-221
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PLYMOUTH METROLINK STATION 73 TRANSIT FACILITY
CITY PROJECT NO. 3125
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared by the City's consultant, LSA
Design, Inc. for the Plymouth Metrolink Transit Facility for the City of Plymouth located
at the southeast quadrant of Think Highway 55 and County Road 73:
WHEREAS, said plans and specifications have been presented to the Council for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is on file in the City
Engineer's office and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and
in The Constriction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of
such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The
advertisement shall be published three times, shall specify the work to be
done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m.
on July 28, 2005 at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Engineer and that no bids will be
considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied by a
cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City
Clerk for five percent of the amount of such bid.
