RESOLUTION NO. 2005-218
AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING" RESTRICTION ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF 34TH AVENUE BETWEEN
PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AND THE DRIVEWAY TO COMMUNITY BANK
OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, customers and employees of the Community Bank of Plymouth have
requested "No Parking" on the north side of 34th Avenue between Plymouth Boulevard
and the driveway to the Community Bank of Plymouth due to limited sight distance;
and
WHEREAS, eliminating parking at this location will provide increased visibility for
motorists exiting the bank.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, authorizes the
installation of "No Parking" signs on the north side of 34th Avenue between Plymouth
Boulevard and the driveway to Community Bank of Plymouth.
Adopted by the City Council on June 14, 2005.
