DESIGNATE ENGINEER FOR DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR
VICKSBURG LANE/25TH AVENUE/SHANANDOAH LANE
TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 5105
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Proposal has been prepared by the City's
consulting engineer, Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. with respect to Vicksburg Lane/251h
Avenue/Shenandoah Lane Traffic Signal Improvements; and
WHEREAS, said proposal includes the design and constriction services for the City
Center Phase 2 Street Lighting Project, CP 4143; and
WHEREAS, said proposal is being received by the Council on June 14, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc is designated as the engineer, is ordered
to prepare final design and constriction administration for the
Vicksburg Lane/25th Avenue/Shenandoah Lane Traffic Signal
Improvements and the City Center Phase 2 Street Lighting Project, CP
4143 for the not to exceed amount of $118,3100 and the Mayor and
City Manager are authorized to sign the Engineering Services
Agreement;
Adopted by the City Council on June 14, 2005.
