RESOLUTION NO. 2005-196
ACCEPTING DONATION OF BALLISTIC SHEILD
FROM THE PLYMOUTH CRIME AND FIRE PREVENTION FUND
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund (PFCPF) raised funds over a
two-year period to purchase a ballistic shield for the use of the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the ballistic shield has been purchased with a value of $35,955; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund would like to now donate the
ballistic shield to the City to be used by the Police Department,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council adopts the resolution
accepting the donation of the ballistic shield from the Plymouth Crime and Fire
Prevention Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on May 24, 2005.
