SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2005-08
CHAPTER 21 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE ENTITLED
THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE
This ordinance amends the text of Chapter 21 of The Plymouth City Code entitled The
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance. This ordinance pertains to amendments related to modifications of
the allowable uses in the C-1, C-2 and C-4 zoning districts. The ordinances contain amendments
to the following articles:
SECTION 21455 — C-1, CONVENIENCE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
SECTION 21460 — C-2, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
SECTION 21470 — C-4, COMM[_]NITY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
A printed copy of the City Code and Zoning Ordinance amendments is available for
inspection at Plymouth City Hall during regular office hours.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on May 10, 2005.
