RESOLUTION NO. 2005-189
APPROVE LSA DESIGN, INC. ADMENDMENT FOR ADDITIONAL
STRUCTUAL DESIGN OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH'S PARK AND RIDE
TRANSIT FACILITY,
CITY PROJECT NO. 3125
WHEREAS, the City wishes to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the
Plymouth Metrolink Station 73 transit facility; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal dated May 2, 2005, to provide additional structural
design to address the precast design and constriction for the City of Plymouth's park and ride
transit facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into
all contracts necessary to secure the services of LSA Design, Inc. for the additional structural
services to include signed structural calculation for the precast member design and signed precast
component drawings for the City of Plymouth's park and ride transit facility with their proposal
dated May 2, 2005 in the lump sum fee of $35,000. City Project No. 3125.
