RESOLUTION NO. 2005-188
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR INSURANCE
FOR THE 2005/2006 INSURANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase insurance coverage for potential liability and
property losses; and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the proposal for the necessary insurance coverage;
and
WHEREAS, the City received a proposal from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance
Trust for $279,616 for coverages and limitations set forth in the Finance Office
Supervisor's memo dated May 3, 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council award the contract
for all insurance coverages as outlined in the Finance Officer Supervisor's memo, to the
League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust for $279,616.
Adopted by the City Council on May 10, 2005.
