RESOLUTION NO. 2005-187
APPROVING MASTER AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council named the following regular consulting firms in 2002 for
work on City projects:
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates, Inc. (BRA)
Howard R. Green Consulting Engineers (HRG)
SRF Consulting Group, Inc. (SRF)
Bolton and Menk, Inc.
URS/BRW, Inc.
Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH)
Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson & Assoc., Inc. (TKDA)
WHEREAS, the City Attorney drafted a Master Agreement For Professional Engineering
Services which has been signed by the seven approved consulting firms; and
WHEREAS, the seven approved consulting firms have executed the Master Agreement for
Professional Services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Master Agreement for Professional
Engineering Services is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
agreements with the seven approved consulting firms.
Adopted by the City Council on May 10, 2005.
