RESOLUTION NO. 2005-185
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
ORDER PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
VICKSBURG LANE/25TH AVENUE/SHENANDOAH LANE
TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 5105
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report has been prepared by the City's
consulting engineer, SEH, with respect to the installation of a traffic signal and
intersection improvements at Vicksburg Lane and 25th Avenue/Shenandoah Lane; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on May 10, 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Ultimate Improvement Option for the traffic signal improvements
is hereby ordered;
2. SEH is designated as the engineer to prepare plans and specifications
for the traffic signal improvements;
3. Funding in the amount of $700,000 will be provided from the
Minnesota State Aid Fund ($690,000) and the Park Dedication Fund
($10,000).
Adopted by the City Council on May 10, 2005.
