RESOLUTION NO. 2005-181
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR
ICE CENTER CONTRACTORS
WHEREAS, the Ice Center's constriction manager is recommending final payment be
made to three contractors; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed said recommendations
and also recommends final payment be made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
final payment be made to Midland Glass in the amount of $9,516.35, Steinbrecher
Painting in the amount of $5,978.70, and Twin City Garage Door in the amount of $1,746
and fiirther, that the Finance Director is authorized to make payment in these amounts.
Adopted by the City Council on May 10, 2005.
