SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2005-168
VACATING A POND EASEMENT WITHIN
PROVIDENCE ACADEMY
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a pond easement within
Providence Academy by Resolution No. 2005-168.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
A new pond easement document is submitted to the City and acceptable
for recording at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on April 26, 2005.
