RESOLUTION NO. 2005-164
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BCWMC FOR
MEDICINE LAKE CURLYLEAF PONDWEED TREATMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 4109
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Bassett Creek Water Management Commission (BCWMC)
have been working on the fiinding for the Medicine Lake curlyleaf pondweed treatment; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Plymouth and BCWMC for the Medicine Lake
curlyleaf pondweed treatment titled Cooperative Agreement For Medicine Lake Herbicide Project
has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the agreement allows the City to implement the project and be reimbursed by the
BCWMC under the terms of the agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Cooperative Agreement For Medicine Lake Herbicide Project
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf
of the City.
