RESOLUTION NO. 2005-163
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BCWMC FOR
PARKERS LAKE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 5115
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Bassett Creek Water Management Commission (BCWMC)
have both included fiinding for constriction of a pond in Circle Park to improve water quality
discharging to Parkers Lake in their respective Capital Improvements Programs; and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Plymouth and BCWMC for constriction of the pond
in Circle Park titled Cooperative Agreement For Parkers Lake Improvements has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the agreement allows the City to implement the project and be reimbursed by the
BCWMC under the terms of the agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Cooperative Agreement For Parkers Lake Improvements is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of
the City.
