RESOLUTION NO. 2005-153
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO
ICE CENTER CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, Rink Tec International, Inc., has submitted their request for final payment
on the Plymouth Ice Center project; and
WHEREAS, both the architect and constriction manager have signed off that the work
has been completed in total; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has also reviewed said request and
finds it to be complete,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Finance Director is authorized to make final payment to Rink Tec International, Inc.
in the amount of $7,308.06.
