RESOLUTION NO. 2005-150
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
REVERE LANE PROJECT: 6TH AVENUE TO 10TH AVENUE
CITY PROJECT NO. 4142
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report has been prepared by the City's
consulting engineer, Bolton & Menk, Inc., with respect to the constriction of Revere
Lane to 10th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on April 12, 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Bolton & Menk is designated as the engineer to prepare plans and
specifications, bidding and constriction inspection for the extension of
Revere Lane;
2. Funding in the amount of $270,527 will be provided from the cash
deposits at the City for the pending "Segment F" project with the
remaining total project cost being assessed to the owner of Waterford
Plaza subject to them waiving their right to an assessment hearing.
