APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
WELL NO'S 14 AND 15 WELL HOUSES AND PUMPING FACILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 3132
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor for additional work to provide heating for
work during winter constriction. Additional labor and equipment to
install the generator silencers. Price increase of the polyiscocyanurate
roofing materials, and credit for not applying damp proofing that was
specified.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Well No's 14 and 15 Well Houses and Pumping
Facilities, City Project No. 3132, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 2 to Thor
Constriction, Inc. for Well No's 14 and 15 Well Houses and Pumping Facilities, City
Project No. 3132, by adding $14,064.78 is approved:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional funding in the amount of $14,064.78 be

Adopted by the City Council on April 12, 2005.
