RESOLUTION NO. 2005-148
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
LIFT STATION TELEMETRY SYSTEM UPGRADES
CITY PROJECT NO. 3119
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor for fiirnishing and installing new antennas,
cables and connectors and removal of the old equipment.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Lift Station Telemetry System Upgrades, City
Project No. 3119, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to Instrument
Control Systems, Inc. for Lift Station Telemetry System Upgrades, City Project No.
3119, by adding $4,822 is approved:
Original Contract Amount
$298,299
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - Add 4,822
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $303,121
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional fiunding in the amount of $5,000 be from the
Utility Trunk Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on April 12, 2005.
