RESOLUTION NO. 2005-145
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE FOR LIGHTNING DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received; and
WHEREAS, all required fees, annual reports, certificates of insurance, and surety bonds
have been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a garbage hauler license is
hereby approved for Lightning Disposal for the period through March 31, 2006.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on April 12, 2005.
