RESOLUTION NO 2005-137
AWARDING CITY BUILDING CLEANING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, City buildings require cleaning for normal operations, and
WHEREAS, fiinds are budgeted in the Facilities Management budget, and
WHEREAS, the current maintenance contract terminates April '10, and
WHEREAS, bids were received March 3, and
WHEREAS, Supreme Building Maintenance, Inc., submitted the lowest qualified bid in the
amount of $7,753,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Supreme Building Maintenance,
Inc. for cleaning services for City facilities at a cost of $7,753.83 per month is approved for a
period May 2, 2005 through April 30, 2008.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 2005.
