HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2005-133CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2005-133 ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET MEDINA ROAD & 54TH/56TH AVENUE WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the street hereinafter described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the roads described as follows, to -wit: Extension of MSAS 170: Medina Road- Vicksburg Lane North to Niagara Lane North (0.56 existing miles) MSAS 187: 54th/56th Avenue- Brockton Lane North (CASH 101) to Troy Lane North (0.76 non existing miles) be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid streets of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration, and that upon approval of the designation of said roads or portion thereof, that the same be constricted, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid streets.
