RESOLUTION NO. 2005-131
AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING" RESTRICTION ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF 37TH AVENUE BETWEEN
PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD AND 30 FEET TO THE EAST
WHEREAS, residents from the Towne Square Apartment Complex have requested "No
Parking" on the south side of 37th Avenue east of Plymouth Boulevard due to limited
sight distance at the intersection of Plymouth Boulevard and 37th Avenue during peak
event times at the Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, limiting parking at this location will provide increased visibility for
pedestrians and motorists at this intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, authorizes the
installation of "No Parking" signs on the south side of 37th Avenue from Plymouth
Boulevard to a point 30 feet east.
