RESOLUTION NO. 2005-123
APPROVING 2005 TRAIL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the capital improvement budget allocates fiinding for trail improvements in
2005; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended trail improvement on 36th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation concurs with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with the improvement
along 36th Avenue North, and fiirther, that fiinding for this project shall be taken from
park dedication fiinds.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 2005.
