RESOLUTION NO. 2005-121
APPROVING PARKING LOT EXPANSION AT
GREENWOOD PARK SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the master plan for Greenwood Park School includes expanded parking for
50 cars; and
WHEREAS, Wayzata School District has requested the City proceed with the expansion
of said parking lot and are willing to pay half the cost; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of said
parking lot expansion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with the expansion of
parking lot at Greenwood Park School, and that McCombs -Frank -Roos will be
designated as civil engineer on the project, and that fiinding for the project shall come
from park dedication fiinds and half from the Wayzata School District.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 2005.
