RESOLUTION NO. 2005-120
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
ORDER PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
TRUNK WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
VICKSBURG LANE TO DUNKIRK LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 4144
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering Report has been prepared by the City's consulting
engineer, TKDA, with respect to the installation of trunk watermain improvements from
Vicksburg Lane to Dunkirk Lane; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on March 29, 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Trunk watermain improvements are hereby ordered;
2. TKDA is designated as the engineer to prepare plans and specifications
for the trunk watermain installation;
3. Funding in the amount of $576,000 will be provided from the Utility
Trunk Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 2005.
