HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2005-116CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2005-116 REVISING RESOLUTION 2004-413 APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR "VICKSBURG LANE RESERVOIR" FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5025 VICKSBURG LANE NORTH (2004108) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of a final plat to allow constriction of a six million gallon in -ground drinking water reservoir, pump house and related site improvements on property legally described as follows: Outlot H, Nanterre, Hennepin County, Minnesota NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for final plat by the City of Plymouth to allow the allow constriction of a six million gallon in -ground drinking water reservoir, pump house and related site improvements on property located at 5025 Vicksburg Lane North; and, FURTHER, that the following conditions be met prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. A final plat is approved to allow one lot for constriction of a six million gallon in -ground drinking water reservoir, pump house and related site improvements, in accordance with the plans received by the City on August 20, 2004 and September 9, 2004, except as may be amended by this resolution. 2. Prior to the issuance of any permits, the applicant shall submit a revised, certified survey that includes the lot area and dimensions of the property. Engineering Conditions: a. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the applicant shall provide copies of the required State Health Department and NPDES permits. b. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the applicant shall revise the plans as follows: i. Show the size, type of material used, and elevations for the storm sewer system. ii. Note that concrete curb and gutter will be B612. Resolution 2004-116 (2004108) Page 2 iii. Show the pavement in the driveways/parking area with a seven -ton design. iv. Show the water service into the building for a fire sprinkler system. V. Provide a detail for the outlet control stricture. vi. Provide a rip rapped emergency overflow for the stormwater pond. vii. Note that the 4" forcemain is DIP. viii. Provide calculations and exhibits for the overflow route showing the impact on the downstream system. ix. Identify a 15 -foot wide access route to the N[_]RP Pond for future cleaning. X. Show a rock constriction entrance (Detail DWG -7) into the site. Include the detail in plans. xi. Add perimeter silt fence (Detail DWG -5) around the site. Include the detail in plans. xii. Erosion control blankets are required on slopes 3:1 or greater. xiii. CB inserts (Details ST -19 and ST -20) are required. Include the details in plans. xiv. Street cleaning is required at a minimum once a week. xv. Provide rip -rap at all flared end sections. c. Provide reproducible mylar prints of sanitary sewer, water service, storm sewer and pond As-Builts for the site. 4. Fire Conditions: a. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the applicant shall submit fire flow calculations demonstrating that the new hydrant provides a minimum 1500 GPM at 20 PSI residual pressure. b. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the plans shall be amended to identify the location of the PIV, Fire Department connection, and fire lane signs in approved locations. c. Prior to issuance of any building permits, the plans shall be amended to include the fire lane constriction and fire lane sign details. ADOPTED by the City Council on March 29, 2005.
