RESOLUTION NO. 2005-108
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT ON ICE CENTER CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the constriction manager and architect have recommended approval of final
payment for eight contractors on the Plymouth Ice Center expansion project; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and also recommended
final payment to the aforementioned contractors,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
payment to the following contractors is hereby approved, and fiirther, that the Finance
Director is authorized to make such payments.
