RESOLUTION NO. 2005-106
APPROVAL OF ONE ALL SURFACE TRACKED
TRACTOR/SKIDSTEER
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2005 budget the purchase of a
replacement tractor; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase of State contracts; and
WHEREAS, St. Joseph Equipment Company has a contract with the State (contract No.
434057) for this piece of equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, to authorize the purchase of an All Surface
Vehicle with attachments from St. Joseph Equipment Inc. for the purchase price of
$73,393.41. This includes sales tax.
FURTHER, that the fiinding will come from the Central Equipment replacement fiind
602-1760-8004.
Adopted by the City Council on March 29, 2005.
