RESOLUTION NO. 2005-105
APPROVAL OF PLYMOUTH FIREFIGHTERS
RELIEF ASSOCIATION BY-LAWS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Firefighters Relief Association (P.F.R.A.) has requested that the
City Council approve amendments to the existing association by-laws; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney and City staff has reviewed the requested by-law additions;
and
WHEREAS, the by-laws amendments conform the operations and management of the
Relief Association to state law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the City Council approves the recodified and amended P.F.R.A. by-laws attached
hereto.
ADOPTED by the City Council on March 8, 2005.
