RESOLUTION NO. 2005-103
ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
CIRCLE PARK POND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 5115
WHEREAS, the Circle Park Pond Improvement Project has been identified as part of the
recommended watershed projects in the Parkers Lake Implementation Plan; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared the feasibility report for Circle Park Pond Improvement Project;
and
WHEREAS, the project will improve the water quality runoff from of portions of the Parkers
Lake South Drainage District; and
WHEREAS, the feasibility report has found the Circle Park Pond Improvement Project to be
feasible, necessary, and cost effective;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Feasibility Report for Circle Park Pond
Improvements Project is accepted.
Adopted by the City Council on March 8, 2005.
