RESOLUTION NO. 2005-099
RESOLUTION IMPOSING A CIVIL PENALTY
AGAINST DUTTON'S BAR AND GRILL
FOR LIQUOR COMPLIANCE CHECK VIOLATION
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department routinely conducts compliance checks on
licensed liquor establishments within the City; and
WHREAS, during one of these checks conducted on September 23, 2004, an individual
employed at Dutton's Bar and Grill, 1115 Vicksburg Lane, sold an alcoholic beverage to
an underage person; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute and Plymouth City Code allow for administrative
civil penalties against the license holders for such violations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYOUTH, the City Council adopt the Resolution imposing civil
penalties against Dutton's Bar and Grill for:
• Imposition of the $500 fine and a five-day suspension for a first time violation.
Adopted by the City Council on March 8, 2005.
