Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2005-096CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2005-096 APPROVAL OF QUEENSLAND PARK PLAYGROUND WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play equipment for Queensland Park Playground; and WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and distributed and bid proposals were received and opened on February 22, 2005 for Queensland Park Playground; and WHEREAS, the following bids were received: Bidder Purchase Price Midwest Playscapes, Inc. $73,000 Little Tikes Commercial/Flanagan Sales $80,319 Clearwater Recreation, Inc. $78,744 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Midwest Playscapes, Inc. is declared the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Queensland Park Playground and accepts their bid in the amount of $73,000 for Queensland Park Playground. FURTHER, that the funding is from Fund 406. Adopted by the City Council on March 8, 2005.
