RESOLUTION NO. 2005-094
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 7 AND FINAL
PEONY LANE/OLD ROCKFORD ROAD
SIGNAL AND INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
SAP 155-173-03
CITY PROJECT NO. 2009
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Electrical Installation and Maintenance,
as contractor, have entered into an agreement for Peony Lane/Old Rockford Road Signal
and Intersection Improvements, City Project No. 2009, said agreement being dated
October 10, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the
final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $212,510.55. Three change orders
were approved in the amount of $18,316.40 and the value of the work to
date is $229,647.80 and is herewith approved. This project does not
exceed the revised contract amount.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Peony Lane/Old Rockford
Road Signal and Intersection Improvements Project and certified to the
Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby released
from the contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any
and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of
faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 7 and Final in the amount of $4,592.86 to
Electrical Installation and Maintenance for Peony Lane/Old Rockford
Road Signal and Intersection Improvements Project is hereby approved
and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the
same forthwith.
