RESOLUTION NO. 2005-093
RECEIVE ENGINEERING SERVICES PROPOSAL,
DESIGNATE ENGINEER, AND
ORDER PREPARTATION OF A PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
FOR SEWER CAPACITY IMPROVEMENTS DOWNSTREAM FROM
LANCASTER LIFT STATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 5111
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Proposal has been prepared by the City's
consulting engineer, Howard R. Green Consulting Engineers with respect to the Sanitary
Sewer Capacity Improvements Downstream From Lancaster Lift Station; and
WHEREAS, said proposal is being received by the City Council on March 8, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Howard R. Green Consulting Engineers is designated as the engineer,
is ordered to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report, City Project
No. 5111, and the City Manager and Mayor are authorized to sign the
Engineering Services Agreement;
