APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
MEDICINE LAKE WATER QUALITY PONDS IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 2037
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor for lowering FES, clearing and grubbing
additional trees, relocation of weir wall and disposal fee for removal of debris at
Pond BC -98. Installation of floating silt curtain and relocation of diversion
stricture at Pond BC -107 site. Furnishing and installing project information
sign.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Medicine Lake Water Quality Ponds Improvements, City
Project No. 2037, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to Veit and Company,
Inc. for Medicine Lake Water Quality Ponds Improvements, City Project No. 2037, by adding
$15,851.12 is approved:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: that additional fiunding in the amount of $19,800.00 be from
