RESOLUTION NO. 2005-080
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NUMBER ONE
ON THE PLYMOUTH PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
EXPANSION AND REMODELING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the original contract for the public safety building expansion and remodeling
project was awarded to Maertens-Brenny Constriction Company in the amount of $8,469,150;
and
WHEREAS, change order number one will modify that contract due to structural and
mechanical changes that are needed in the project; and
WHEREAS, the change order will increase the contract amount by $48,164; and
WHEREAS, the City's owner's representative, Bill Wolters, has recommended approval
of Change Order Number One; and
WHEREAS, Police Department Staff has reviewed and also recommends approval of
Change Order number One on the Plymouth Public Safety Building Expansion and Remodeling
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council adopt the resolution approving Change Order
Number One on the Plymouth Public Safety Building Expansion and Remodeling Project to
increase the contract amount by $48,164.
