RESOLUTION NO. 2005-078
APPROVING INSTALATION OF POWER POLES
ON CITY PROPERTY
WHEREAS, Great River Energy has requested permission to install three poles on City
property located immediately south of Schmidt Lake Road and west of 494; and
WHEREAS, Great River Energy has not negotiated easements for the installation of this
power line at this time; and
WHEREAS, negotiations are underway for the installation of this power line; and
WHEREAS, it will ease constriction to allow these three poles to be completed during
the winter frost season,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
permission is granted to Great River Energy for the installation of three power poles on
City of Plymouth property, and fiirther, that said poles will be removed at Great River
Energy's expense should the City Council so request.
Adopted by the City Council on February 22, 2005.
