RESOLUTION NO. 2005-077
DESIGNATING LSA DESIGN INC. AS CONSULTANT FOR ARCHITECTURAL,
ENGINEEING, AND CONSULTING SERVICES FOR DESIGN DEVELOPMENT,
CONTRUCTION DOCUMENT PREPARATION AND CONSTRUCTION
ADMINISTRATION FOR PHASE I AND PHASE II OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH'S
PARK AND RIDE TRANSIT FACILITY,
CITY PROJECT NO. 3125
WHEREAS, the City wishes to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for
phase I and phase II for the Plymouth Metrolink Station 73 transit facility; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal dated January 31, 2005, to provide architectural,
engineering, and consulting services for design development, constriction document preparation
and constriction administration for phase I and phase II of the City of Plymouth's park and ride
transit facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into
all contracts necessary to secure the services of LSA Design, Inc. for the architectural,
engineering, and consulting services for design development, constriction document preparation
and constriction administration for phase I and phase II of the City of Plymouth's park and ride
transit facility with their proposal dated January 31, 2005 in the lump sum fee of $306,300, and
further authorize LSA Design, Inc. to proceed with plans and specifications for the City of
Plymouth's park and ride transit facility. City Project No. 3125.
