RESOLUTION NO. 2005-071
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 FOR
THE PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER
WHEREAS, the contractor Lund Martin has submitted a change order in the amount of
$321 for work completed at the Plymouth Creek Center; and
WHEREAS, both the architect and the Director of Parks and Recreation have reviewed
and recommended approval of said change order,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $321 is hereby approved for the Plymouth Creek
Center lower level remodeling project.
Adopted by the City Council on February 22, 2005.
