RESOLUTION NO. 2005-070
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF ONE NEW
CURRENT MODEL SIDEWALK/TRAIL SNOW
PLOWING MACHINE (MT -5 TRACKLESS)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2005 budget the purchase of one new
Sidewalk/Trail Snow Plowing Machine; and
WHEREAS, the City may purchase off State contracts; and
WHEREAS, Mac Queen Equipment Co. has a contract with the State (Contract No.
432591),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, to purchase a sidewalk/trail snow plowing machine off the State
Contract through Mac Queen Equipment Co. The purchase price is $87,022.22 including
State sales tax.
Further, that the fiinding would come from account 602-1760-8004.
Adopted by the City Council on February 22, 2005.
