RECEIVE ENGINEERING SERVICES PROPOSAL,
DESIGNATE ENGINEER, AND
ORDER PREPARTATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PINEVIEW LANE RETAINING WALL PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 5106
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Proposal has been prepared by the City's consulting
engineer, URS, Inc. with respect to the Pineview Lane Retaining Wall Project; and
WHEREAS, said proposal is being received by the City Council on February 22, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. URS, Inc. is designated as the engineer, is ordered to prepare plans and
specifications for the Pineview Lane Retaining Wall Project, City
Project No. 5106, and the City Manager is authorized to sign the
Engineering Services Agreement;
Adopted by the City Council on February 22, 2005.
