RESOLUTION NO. 2005-063
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND CALLING FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING
2005 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
DISTRICTS 73AND 68
CITY PROJECT NO. 5101
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted December 14, 2005, a
report has been prepared with respect to certain streets in Maintenance Districts 73 and
68 based upon the current Capital Improvement Plan; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of streets by the
installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on February 22, 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting and adjacent property
within the designated 2005 Street Reconstruction Project, Districts 73
and 68, City Project No. 5101 for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $3,113,300
2. Apublic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
29t, day of March 2005 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as
required by law.
