APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
CENTRAL AND ZACHARY WATER TREATMENT PLANTS
EXPANSION AND UPGRADE
CITY PROJECT NO. 2032
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
The contractor will receive 43 days of additional time to complete the work
required during the first shutdown period. Thirteen items of additions and
deductions to the contract amount.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Central and Zachary Water Treatment Plants Expansion
and Upgrade, City Project No. 2032, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for Knutson Constriction
Services, For Central and Zachary Water Treatment Plants Expansion and Upgrade, City
Project No. 2032, by adding $78,520 is approved:

THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$19,429,909.60
- Add 78,520.00
$19,508,429.60
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional funding in the amount of $78,520 will be needed
from the Utility Trunk Fund.
