HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2005-053CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2005-053 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF FURNITURE AND FIXTURES FROM THE AUTHORIZED VENDORS WHEREAS, the City is involved with a constriction project including an addition to and remodeling of the Public Safety building, along with a new front entrance to City Hall; and WHEREAS, as part of this project, there is a budget of $400,000 allotted for fiirniture and fixtures; and WHEREAS, the department has selected four different vendors, which include: Parameters, General Office Products, Interium, and Metro; who are all on contract through US Communities Government Purchasing Alliance, an authorized government competitive bidding process. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, the City Council adopt the resolution authorizing the purchase of fiirniture and fixtures from the authorized vendors in the amounts specified as follows: Parameters $201,922.15 Intereum 47,248.65 Metro 120,365.66 General Office Products 13,340.79 TOTAL $382,877.25 Adopted by the City Council on February 22, 2005.
